It was time to celebrate one of the largest fandoms of all time: Pokémon. For its 30th anniversary, eBay wanted an earned-first campaign that would be inclusive of a marquee eBay Live and huge fan experiential event. 

The 30/30 Collection brought together 30 coveted Pokémon items spanning the franchise’s three-decade history, with bidding starting at original retail prices.

The event took over Brooklyn with some of the largest audiences eBay had seen at a consumer event.
